Escalations

If your issue has not been resolved within 48 hours, reply to your original email thread to request a supervisor review. Escalations are handled within 72 hours.

For formal disputes, please contact us at contact@storiary.co before initiating any chargeback or legal action. Per our Terms of Service, a mandatory 14-day direct resolution attempt is required before any escalation.
